1/4 cup diced cucumber 2 tbsp chopped mint 2 tbsp chopped dill 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp black pepper pinch of sea salt 1 cup yogurt of choice (goat, coconut, almond, etc) 1/2 tsp raw honey
2 tsbp Tahini C 1/4 cup steamed purple potato Drizzle of raw honey Blend first 9 ingredients together to form your cucumber yogurt and top with remaining potato, Tahini C, and optional raw honey. Extra lemon juice if you're feeling alkaline!
