Roasted Ulu with salt flakes

Ulu is a tropical savory starch that can be manipulated many ways to absorb flavors of different oils, spices, and seasonings. In Hawaii, it is used as the primary starch and is rich in vitamins + minerals that support beauty and energy.

1 whole ulu, peeled, de-stemmed + cubed
3 tbsp avocado oil 
1 tbsp sesame oil 
1 tbsp sea salt flakes*
3 tbsp Super Shroom Drip 
1/4 cup Parsley

Preheat oven to 350.
Toss the Ulu in sesame and avocado oil. 
Lay flat on a parchment lined pan and roast until crispy (about 45 mins)
Serve immediately and drizzle with Super Shroom Drip.
Do what you feel like with the parsley lol.
