Matcha Tahini Orange Blossom Ice Cream
4 cups of frozen milk cubes (raw whole cow/goat or full fat coconut is best)
1 large, ripe avocado
2 TBS raw honey (more if you prefer sweeter)
2 TBS orange blossom water
Add all ingredients to a (hardy) blender with a tamper stick OR a food processor. Process until completely smooth. Enjoy immediately or transfer to a freezer safe container. You may need to remove the ice cream from the freezer 30 min before serving.
