10 large carrots, spiralized 2 cloves garlic minced 2 cups broccoli 2 cups cauliflower 1/2 tsp pink salt. Saute all in a 2-3 tbsp avocado oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Optional: Scramble in an egg or 1 cup cubed tofu 5 minutes before finished.
Sauce: 1 avocado 1/4 cup Tahini C Drip 3 tbsp water
2 tbsp Liquid Aminos 1 tbsp+ sesame oil 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter 1 tbsp ginger juice Juice of one lime
