Salad:
1 heriloom, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1/3 cup goat cheese, crumbled
1 head green lettuce
3 tbsp parsley, diced
Avocado, cubed
1/c lemon, sliced
Cooked sushi rice + white beans (optional)
Dressing:
3 tbsp Kauai Kombucha Vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp tamari
1/2 tsp black pepper + sea salt
1/4 cup olive oil
Dash of truffle oil
Whisk and toss over salad*
Fill your lettuce wraps (we doubled them up for durability!) with the salad filling and rice and beans if you opted in. Drizzle with lemon juice and enjoy.
