Beat first 4 ingredients together until combined. Slowly add in the remaining ingredients, except the chips. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips. Form into 2 tbsp size balls of dough and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes or until crispy, golden brown.
